Music creates a world that shows us no meaning and plentiful joy. However, with the many music types there are, which one succeeds all others? Now, some say rap, others say classical, but I choose classic rock. Classic rock has such an innovative style, integrating amazing forms of both subtle and hardcore music. The variants are so plentiful, that you can use this style even in the modern era, and there is so much more to it than that. Along with the style, it has introduced many popular artists, such as Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, and Elvis Presley. They started a revolution that would sky rocket later in the ’70s and ’80s. The bands of the ’60s, such as the Beach Boys and The Doors lead to the kings of classic rock such as Led Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix, and The Rolling Stones. Of course, Jimi Hendrix was more psychedelic but, he still contributed to this long standing era of music. Led Zepplin and The Rolling Stones started a legacy that still stands today. They live and die by rock, as do many of their fans. They were the revolution of classic rock and they really took the industry off its feet. While having contributed to the sound that makes classic rock what it is, the evolution of this music is truly captivating.
Music changes us all. Music changes people for the better and it is the change that truly brings wonder into our lives. This art will last forever and no matter how you look at it, there will always be a reason for music to appear and to be present.
